CB Richard Ellis has appointed Duncan Sunter to its valuation department in Stockholm. Sunter will be to be responsible for relations with international banks and funds.
CBRE first established an office in Sweden in 1999. Today a 40-strong team, based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, provides agency, valuation, capital markets and corporate services to a wide array of clients.
Sunter has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently at Eurohypo in both Germany and Sweden where he was responsible for real estate appraisal and consulting in the Nordic Markets. Prior to that he worked at the international architectural practice of Hilger, Law, Dunbar-Nasmith. Sunter is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and CIS HypZert (F/M) certified for financial purposes and market value analysis.
