UK real estate firm Sunnyday has completed €22m worth of deals in London and southern England, with two sales and two purchases.

It has sold office assets 40 Long Acre in London’s WC2 (1,100 m2) and Osprey House in Addlestone, Surrey (835 m2) for €15.3 mln and €6 mln respectively.

It has bought office assets 2-9 Whiteladies Road, Bristol (1,100 m2) and 1-5 King Street, Reading (1,400 m2) for €2.8 mln and €3.2 mln respectively. Both are let.

‘We remain in the market to purchase interesting investments which offer alternative use or lease restructuring prospects and we are looking to complete more transactions before the end of the year,” said founding partner Didier Tandy.
