Capital Bay has hired Stefan Nusche as a second senior transaction manager, following its recent appointment of Sven Breuing.
'We are expanding the transaction and acquisition segment in order to respond even more quickly to market conditions,' said George Salden, CEO of Capital Bay.
Nusche was most recently in a senior transactions role at Pears Global Real Estate Germany, where he was responsible for the implementation of the entire due diligence process and the development of property and portfolio strategies.
He previously worked for Ernst & Young Real Estate.
