Paris-listed Societe de la Tour Eiffel (STE) has signed several leases in Le Domino, the HQE-labelled office and retail development situated at Porte des Lilas overlooking the Boulevard Peripherique northeast of Paris.

Paris-listed Societe de la Tour Eiffel (STE) has signed several leases in Le Domino, the HQE-labelled office and retail development situated at Porte des Lilas overlooking the Boulevard Peripherique northeast of Paris.

The paper conglomerate Antalis has signed a 7-9 year closed lease for just over 3,000 m2 of offices at close to the asking price of EUR 320 per m2. Two ground floor shop units have been leased to Credit Mutuel bank and florist Espace Fleurs. This brings the occupancy rate at the property to 35%. CBRE was the leasing agent for the offices and Cushman & Wakefield for the retail space.

STE said considerable interest had been expressed in the remaining 6,000 m2 of office space in the building and adjacent properties in this new office quarter.
