STE sells Grenoble office

French real estate investment trust Société de la Tour Eiffel has completed the sale of Viseo, a modern 11,500 m[sup]2[/sup] office complex in the Montbonnot scientific park, situated to the north of Grenoble, for EUR 19 mln.
