Standard Life Investments acquired the new headquarters of Heerema Marine Contractors in the Dutch city of Leiden for €60m in the last days of 2014.
The property provides 20,600 m2 of office and archive space at Vondellaan 47 in Leiden. There are also 589 parking spaces. The vendor was the development joint venture of Delta Development Group and VolkerWessels.
