Standard Life has acquired the Spanish eadquarters of US cosmetics group Revlon at the World Trade Center Almeda Park in Barcelona from US bank Morgan Stanley.

Standard Life has acquired the Spanish eadquarters of US cosmetics group Revlon at the World Trade Center Almeda Park in Barcelona from US bank Morgan Stanley.

The transaction amounts to around €30 mln, according to Spanish press reports.

Cushman & Wakefield advised on the deal.

The building provides 10,300 m2 of space and is multi let with Revlon occupying most of the space. The asset was bought by Morgan Stanley back in 2013.
