French asset manager Stam Europe has acquired a logistics warehouse in France on behalf of its Highlands Logistics joint venture with a North American institutional investor.
The transaction volume was not revealed for the 40,000 m2 grade-A logistics warehouse located in Combs-la-Ville within the Parisud logistics park, 30 km south east of Paris. The asset is fullyl et to Leroy Merlin. The vendor was not named.
The deal marks Highlands debut acquisition for its €250 mln investment programme designed to capitalise on favourable supply/demand dynamics in the French logistics market.
STAM Europe will be responsible for the investment and asset management initiatives on behalf of the partnership.
