Real estate investment manager Stam Europe and French financial services group Caisse des Dépôts Group have sold an office property in the French city of Lyon to the SCPI PF02 vehicle operated on behalf of Perial Asset Management.

Real estate investment manager Stam Europe and French financial services group Caisse des Dépôts Group have sold an office property in the French city of Lyon to the SCPI PF02 vehicle operated on behalf of Perial Asset Management.

The investment volume was EUR 17.8 mln and property adviser Savills acted for the vendors.

The property at 60 Avenue Rockefeller in the eighth arrondissement of Lyon was delivered in 2007 and comprises 6,897 m2 of office space. The building is fully let to eight tenants in the health sector including MGEN, Erytech and MACSF.

Boris Cappelle, director of investment at Savills France said, 'The transaction was carried out in record time, taking just two months from market launch to completion, reflecting the ongoing demand from SCPI vehicles in France’s office markets.'
