French financial group Natixis has sold the Toscane portfolio to Stam Europe's Stam Re III fund for a total of EUR 22.5 mln, excluding charges. The portfolio offers 25,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail and office space across nine assets located in Paris' 12th and 13th districts, in Ivry, Villejuif, Maisons Alfort, Pontault Combault, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Clichy-la-Garenne, French paper Business Immo reported.
