Real estate investment manager Stam Europe has announced that Olivier Barbion has been appointed portfolio manager of the valued-added Stam REI III Fund. The fund, which was launched earlier this year, has an investment capacity of EUR 700 mln. It focuses on corporate real estate across France.

Real estate investment manager Stam Europe has announced that Olivier Barbion has been appointed portfolio manager of the valued-added Stam REI III Fund. The fund, which was launched earlier this year, has an investment capacity of EUR 700 mln. It focuses on corporate real estate across France.

Barbion has been working for two years in the Investment department of DTZ. Before that he was project manager at Nexity, in charge of acquisitions, sales and asset management with GE Capital Real Estate France. His experience includes setting up an investment fund.

Stam Europe said it has appointed Nicolas de Laforcade as asset manager. Before joining Stam, De Laforcade worked for Foncière du Rond-Point (Madar Group), where he was in charge of investments and asset management of the Office and Retail portfolios.
