Stam Europe has bought the Mosaique 5 real estate portfolio for € 64 mln from SCPIs (French UCITs) managed by UFG REM. The portfolio comprises a total of 55,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office, light industrial and warehouse space located in the Paris region and other major French cities.
Stam Europe has bought the Mosaique 5 real estate portfolio for € 64 mln from SCPIs (French UCITs) managed by UFG REM. The portfolio comprises a total of 55,000 m2 of office, light industrial and warehouse space located in the Paris region and other major French cities.
The acquisition was made for the Stam REI III Fund, which closed at the end of 2007. With an investment capacity of € 700 mln the fund is focused on value added French commercial real estate. Stam Europe was advised in the transaction by Etude Michelez (notary) and the investment was funded by Societe Generale (CIG branch).
