St. Modwen has made three senior promotions in its Strategic Land & Regeneration division as it focuses on its business development strategy and driving forward the delivery of major regeneration projects.

Sitting alongside St. Modwen’s dedicated industrial and logistics and housebuilding businesses, Strategic Land & Regeneration focuses on promoting and master developing large-scale sites, including releasing land for house-building and commercial use, as well as delivering transformational urban regeneration projects.
 
Phil Robins has been appointed senior director – regeneration (South), and continues the development of existing projects in Woolwich, Leegate, Farnborough, Uxbridge and New Covent Garden Market.
 
Progressing development of major projects in the Midlands and North, Rob Flavell has been appointed as senior director – regeneration (Midlands & North), where he will continue to oversee the regeneration of Longbridge, Birmingham and progress development at Wythenshawe Town Centre in Greater Manchester.
 
Matt Clements has been appointed senior director – portfolio management and business development, responsible for portfolio performance and non-core divestments, as well as responsibility for establishing and promoting our private and public sector partnerships.
