UK developer St. Modwen has announced the appointment of David Binks to the new role of head of leasing, effective from 4 June 2018.
Binks joins the business from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was partner & head of UK Midlands logistics and industrial agency.
In his new position, will play a lead role in developing deeper strategic relationships with the occupier market, identifying national opportunities for the development of St. Modwen’s industrial and logistics portfolio and strategy.
