Dutch commercial property firm Spring Real Estate has strengthened its logistics and industrial team, appointing Martijn Bosschers as head and partner of the team.
Bosschers will lead the logistics and industrial business, comprising investment plus rentals and sales services, alongside the local teams of Spring Real Estate in Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague.
The national operating team will further serve private and institutional clients active in the Dutch market, as well as assisting occupier clients in their expansion.
Bosschers, who began his new role during the summer, has been active in real estate for over 26 years and has closed over two billion of investment deals.
He began focusing on logistics and industrial at DTZ Zadelhoff, now Cushman & Wakefield, as director of the Utrecht office where he was responsible for the central part of the Netherlands.
He was appointed partner at Dynamis in 2016 and then became interim senior advisor at BNP Real Estate in the last 2.5 years.
