Finnish property investor Sponda has unveiled plans to invest €41 mln in the development of an office and retail complex in Ratina, Tampere, Southern Finland.
The complex, which will be connected to the Ratina shopping centre, is 61% pre-let to occupier Elisa and is expected to provide around 13,700 m2 of net floor space.
Construction of the property is planned to start in early autumn 2018, and the project is estimated to be completed in spring 2020.
