Finnish listed property firm Sponda has issued a EUR 150 mln senior unsecured domestic bond. The five-year bond matures on 29 May 2017 and carries fixed annual interest of 4.125%.

Finnish listed property firm Sponda has issued a EUR 150 mln senior unsecured domestic bond. The five-year bond matures on 29 May 2017 and carries fixed annual interest of 4.125%.

The bonds were allocated to 39 investors and the bond offering was oversubscribed, Sponda said in a statement. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

The company will apply to have the bonds listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.

Danske Bank and Pohjola Markets acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the transaction.
