Nordic listed property group Sponda has been granted a four-year loan extension with a volume of €150 mln from Nordea Bank Finland.
Nordic listed property group Sponda has been granted a four-year loan extension with a volume of €150 mln from Nordea Bank Finland.
The arrangement extends the original loan maturity from 2014 to December 2017. The loan is unsecured.
Sponda has also signed a five-year credit facility for €100 mln with Danske Bank. The arrangement extends the original maturity from June 2014 to December 2018. The credit limit is unsecured.
