The Russian arm of Finnish real estate investment company Sponda Germany's Spag have signed a binding agreement to purchase three office properties close to the centre of St Petersburg for EUR 4 mln. The properties have a combined leasable area of 2690 m[sup]2[/sup] and are fully leased. The tenants are Finnish, local and international companies.

The properties have a combined leasable area of 2690 m2 and are fully leased. The tenants are Finnish, local and international companies.
On 15 May, Sponda announced the purchase of a 20-hectare land site in the Moscow region for roughly EUR 6 mln from Llc Bamo-Land. The site has an endorsed zoning plan for the construction of an industrial park. Sponda plans to develop a roughly 75,000 m2 A-class logistics facility on the site in stages, starting in 2007.
