Its Russian arm extended its reach earlier this year when it acquired three office properties in St. Petersburg, as well as a site for logistics facilities nearby and a land-site for an industrial park in the Moscow region. The Helsinki-based firm’s investment properties are currently valued at over EUR 2.3 bn.
