Finnish real estate company Sponda has purchased two shopping centres in Moscow for a total of $109 mln (EUR 71.5 mln) from LR Russia. Built in 2004, the 9,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Sun Paradise I was bought for $66 mln. The shopping centre accommodates food, domestic appliance and cosmetics services retailers.

The Sun Paradise II mall, focusing on consumer goods and food services, was purchased for $43 mln. Completed in 2005, the mall is located in the centre of Ramenskoe in the Moscow region, and provides 6,500 m2 of leasable retail space. Both shopping centres are fully leased. In a statement, Sponda said that the investments are in accordance with its growth targets in Russia.
