Finnish commercial real estate company Sponda has purchased a logistics property from the Lutheran Parish Union of Helsinki for EUR 17 mln. The property is located in the Roihupelto district of Helsinki and provides 11,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of leasable warehouse, production and office space. The entire property is leased to a single tenant. The transaction is scheduled to close on 23 November.
