SPDE said that the Fornebu Senter project would comprise the heart of its important Fornebu development, with a large grocery store, a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. Stein Haugbro, CEO of SPDE, said the plan also includes different cultural offerings.
Meanwhile, SPDE said it has delayed the decision to start the Rolfsbukta II housing development until the end of August as it plans to re-examine the project's costs and work plans. SPDE will invite tenders for the development consisting of approximately 136 units by early July. To date, 20 of 39 units in the first building have been sold.
