Hispania has taken control of 46,400 m2 of office space in Spain in a €80 mln share transaction.

The Spanish REIT announced on Wednesday that it had acquired a 90% stake in Oncisa, the owner of eight assets in Madrid and one in Malaga, valued at €120 mln, including debt.

This transaction has been made in the context of a wider collaboration agreement between Grupo Azora - Hispania’s investment manager - and Fundación Once. This agreement centres on projects related to people with disabilities and their inclusion in society and in the corporate world, as well as on improving their accessibility to goods and services.

Hispania has now invested €206 mln in office, hotel and residential property since it listed on 14 March 2014.
