Spanish REIT Hispania said on Thursday that it has secured a new €340 mln loan from lender BNP Paribas.

In a statement to the Spanish stock market regulator CNMV, Hispania said that the loan will mature in February 2020 with a possible two-year extension.

Hispania is a Madrid-listed hotel specialist with a portfolio valued at €2.8 bn as of end March 2018. Its largest shareholder is US asset management group Blackstone.
