The Spanish pension fund for notaries has put an office building at calle Alcalá in central Madrid on the market for an asking price of €70 mln.

The complex, located near the Retiro green park, is being sold through a public bidding process, with interested parties required to submit an offer by 9 June.

The building, built at the end of 1980s, is known as Puerta de Alcalá and was acquired by the private pension fund in 1993. It offers 12,000 m2 of office space over eight floors.
