The project, located along the Grzybowska street, would replace the old breweries of the Polish capital with three, 120-meter high towers. One of the towers will be a hotel and the other two will be for residential use. The whole project comprises 1,500 apartments and the lower portions of the buildings will include some 50,000 m2 of retail space.
