Spanish outlet centre developer-operator Neinver has appointed Thomas Immelmann as retail director, charged with the strategic orientation of the company’s European leasing and retail projects.
Spanish outlet centre developer-operator Neinver has appointed Thomas Immelmann as retail director, charged with the strategic orientation of the company’s European leasing and retail projects.
He will report directly to Barbara Topolska, COO at Neinver. Immelmann will also be responsible for cross-border customer management and the international positioning of the company in the tourism sector.
Immelmann joins Neinver from McArthurGlen where he was country manager for Northern Europe. Prior to this, he held various leading positions at companies such as LTU International Airways and the operator of Hamburg Airport.
Neinver is the second-largest operator of outlet centres in Europe, managing 15 centres with a total GLA of 311,600 m2.
