Spanish real estate developer Gestilar is investing €60 mln in its first residential project in Lisbon, Portugal.
The thirteen-story building, located in the surroundings of the Lisbon neighborhood of Miraflores, consists of 111 new-built apartments with 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed on 13 floors in two blocks.
Construction work should be finished in the second half of 2023, while over 97% of the units are already reserved.
Designed by Estudio Saraiva + Associados, Gestilar Miraflores Residences stands out for its views of the Miraflores Urban Park, Monsanto Park and the sea.
All the properties have exterior views, and most have a terrace in direct and continuous transition from the living room.
The development also has various common facilities on the roof that include a gym, swimming pool and solarium with views of the Tagus River.
Additionally, Miraflores Residences has been devised according to eco-sustainable criteria, which means a reduction in CO2 emissions and a significant reduction in the energy demand of the building.
It offers proximity to main highways (CRIL, CREL, A5) that allow quick access to the center of Lisbon, Chiado, the Tagus River, Estoril, Cascais, Praia de Carcavelos, the Airport, as well as Avenida Marginal and nearby Belém.
