Spanish office REIT Colonial has confirmed the acquisition of the Spanish head office of T-Systems in Barcelona's 22@ district for some €100 mln.
The building, located at 110-130 Sancho de Ávila, was sold by the Catalan Castellvi family. It is fully leased to T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
