Spain's largest listed property firm Inmobiliaria Colonial has acquired an office building in Madrid in an off-market deal valued at €36 mln.
Located at Génova 17, the asset provides around 4,780 m2 of space and 70 parking spaces and boasts a BREEAM “Very Good” energy certificate.
Colonial has invested a total of over €125 mln in the Madrid office market since the start of the year, taking control of three office buildings providing 26,000 m2 in total.
BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal.
