Sovafim, the public company that manages the French state's real estate assets, has hired DTZ's investment department and Nexity's Saggel Transactions, to manage the sale of a portfolio of 40,000 m[sup]2[/sup] on an exclusive basis.

Sovafim, the public company that manages the French state's real estate assets, has hired DTZ's investment department and Nexity's Saggel Transactions, to manage the sale of a portfolio of 40,000 m2 on an exclusive basis.

The portfolio consists of 11 mixed-use assets located on the famous Boulevard Haussmann in the eighth, ninth and 16th arrondissement of Paris as well as in the Boulogne-Billancourt district. The properties are mainly for office, retail and residential use.
