The EasyCredit-Haus building will feature a total of 15,200 m2 of space on completion scheduled for autumn 2014.
Construction of the asset kicked off in April.
'The short marketing period of the building shows the attractiveness of the scheme, not only for end users but also for investors,' commented Klaus-Jürgen Sontowski, managing director of Sontowski & partner group.
