French real estate company Société de la Tour Eiffel has appointed Philippe de Trémiolles as its new chief financial officer.
De Trémiolles previously held a similar position with Homair Vacances, a mobile home holiday company listed on the Paris NYSE Alternext market.
Prior to that, he spent eight years as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London then HSBC, as well as three years with the Boston Consulting Group in Paris and New York. He commenced his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen.
Société de la Tour Eiffel is a French REIT or SIIC listed on NYSE Euronext Paris. The company’s portfolio of offices and business space spread evenly between the Paris area and the regions is valued at €915 mln.
