Dutch bank SNS is putting an 11-asset office and retail portfolio up for sale. The portfolio includes SNS offices that the bank closed last May. SNS said it intends to lease back an office in the western Dutch town of Alblasserdam, while the other properties are located in Arnhem, Ede, Groningen, Hilversum, IJsselmuiden, Nijmegen Oosterbeek Venlo Zeewolde and Zuidlaren. Three of the assets include residential units on the upper floors, which have already been let.

DTZ Zadelhoff is marketing the assets on behalf of SNS Bank. Bids will be accepted on the entire or part of the real estate portfolio.
