French insurer BNP Paribas Cardif has finalised the acquisition of four office assets from railway operator SNCF for a total of around EUR 130 mln.

The buildings were sold by SNCF on a sale-and-leaseback basis, French magazine BusinessImmo reported. They are located in Saint Denis (21,800 m2), Nantes (8,900 m2), Le Mans (5,800 m2) and Villeurbanne (4,800 m2) and provide a total area of about 41,300 m2.
