Slättö Value Add III focuses on residential and light industrial properties

Focusing on residential and light industrial properties, Slättö Value Add III is strategically positioned to benefit from recent market corrections and has already made three acquisitions. The fund aims to deliver risk-adjusted returns while adhering to a low-carbon transition strategy. Classified as an Article 8 fund, Slättö Value Add III is aligned with the firm’s commitment to responsible and sustainable investing.

Jonas Andersson, deputy managing partner at Slättö, commented: ‘We are thrilled to have achieved a successful first close, especially in a challenging fundraising environment. Private equity fundraising volumes for the first nine months of this year have been at their lowest levels in over a decade. This successful first close reflects our robust track record and confidence in what we believe to be the most compelling acquisition window in a decade.’

He added: ‘The combination of a repriced Nordic real estate market, motivated sellers, and a limited buyer universe positions Slättö Value Add III to become one of the most successful vintages in recent years.’

Roschier advised on the launch of Slättö Value Add III, while JLL is handling fundraising in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
