Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has acquired two fully leased properties in Malmö and Helsingborg, Sweden, from Evolv.
The transaction was valued at SEK 317 mln (€27 mln) and was fully financed from SLP’s own funds.
The commercial properties Malmö Flygledaren 6 and Åstorp Hyllinge 36:275 have a total lettable area of 18,500 m2.
The commercial building in Malmö is leased to Isadora for a term of 10 years, and the commercial building in Helsingborg is leased to Sydfrys, a subsidiary of Temcon (an existing tenant), for a term of 15 years.
The lease agreements are triple-net and fully indexed, with an annual rental value of around SEK 21 mln (€1.8 mln).
Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP, commented: ‘The deal complements the current property portfolio and strengthens our key figures through long and fully indexed lease agreements, while at the same time we grow with existing tenants with new establishments where we are already locally strong. Both properties, which are fully leased, will be equipped with solar cells and be environmentally certified, which is in line with our sustainability strategy.’
