Akademiska Hus awarded the undertaking to construct the Forum Medicum at the University of Lund, which will cover 15,000 m2 across six floors plus a basement, housing scientific and educational facilities.

Danish firm Henning Larsen Architects designed the property.

Construction is scheduled to begin during Q3 this year and the building is slated for completion during the spring of 2023.

Last year, Skanska hit sales of around SEK 70 bln (€6.8 bn) for its Nordic operations.
