Construction and development group Skanska has announced it is to develop new offices for Norwegian financial advisory group Visma in Stockholm. Skanska is to invest SEK 345 mln (EUR 35 mln) in the project.
Construction and development group Skanska has announced it is to develop new offices for Norwegian financial advisory group Visma in Stockholm. Skanska is to invest SEK 345 mln (EUR 35 mln) in the project.
The new office property will be located at Lindhagensterrassen in the Swedish capital and will comprise more than 11,000 m2 of space.
Skanska said the property will be LEED-certified. Completion is scheduled for late autumn 2011.
Visma is a leading Nordic supplier of software, accounting services and financial advisory service.
