Work at the site will begin in January, Skanska said, and the project is scheduled for completion in June 2009.
Skanska Norway has worked for Hydro previously on construction and civil engineering projects. One of its most significant projects for Hydro was the expansion of the off-shore Ormen Lange natural gas field. Skanska was responsible for most of the land facilities.
