Sweden's Skanska was awarded a contract to develop a EUR 95.4 mln building at Crown Place, central London, from Greycoat Crown Place Partnership.

Sweden's Skanska was awarded a contract to develop a EUR 95.4 mln building at Crown Place, central London, from Greycoat Crown Place Partnership.

The property will encompass 18 floors, 26,000 m² of office space and 600 m² for retail use, as well as a parking in the basement level. The project is scheduled for completion in November 2008, the Swedish group said in a press release.

Skanska UK is active in building construction and civil engineering as well as utilities and building services. In 2005, the company reported revenues of EUR 1.17 bn.
