Skanska, the Swedish building and development company, is developing a new shopping centre in Finland for a total investment volume of €70 mln.
The new Seppä shopping centre is to be built in Jyväskylä in the west of the country and will have around 24,000 m2 of rentable space. The investor behind the development is LähiTapiola Group which signed a contract with the builder for €57 mln.
LähiTapiola - or LocalTapiola - Group is a local Finnish financial cooperative that serves private customers, farmers, entrepreneurs, corporate customers and organisations.
