Swedish developer Skanska has announced plans to invest SEK 1.3 bn (€138 mln) in the construction of an office building in Stockholm, Sweden.
The property, which will have a total leasable area of around 26,000 m2 over 27 floors, is being built in the Hammarby Sjöstad area of the city. Dubbed Sthlm 01, the project will form part of the Stockholm New Creative Business Spaces programme that plans to deliver 100,000 m2 of office space to the area.
Construction is expected to commence immediately, with project delivery scheduled for the first six months of 2020.
