Swedish construction firm and developer Skanska said its Polish unit had signed up consultancy firm Deloitte as the anchor tenant for its Warsaw office project Atrium City. Deloitte will move into the new building, to be called Deloitte House, in May 2009.
Swedish construction firm and developer Skanska said its Polish unit had signed up consultancy firm Deloitte as the anchor tenant for its Warsaw office project Atrium City. Deloitte will move into the new building, to be called Deloitte House, in May 2009.
Deloitte was advised by Colliers International Poland, while Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive agent for the building.
Atrium City will offer a net rentable area of approximately 20,000 m2. Skanska said it is planning another two office buildings within the project.
