Skanska Property Poland has announced the letting of 16,400 m2 at its flagship Dominikanski office project in the Polish city of Wroclaw in its largest lease agreement ever in Central and Eastern Europe.

Skanska is letting the space to HP Global Business Center which will relocate to the new office at the turn of the year 2015.

Hewlett-Packard’s unit, specializing in business services, is also taking 166 parking spaces.

This is the second lease signed by HP with Skanska following the rental in 2009 of the Grunwaldzki Center, also in Wroclaw.

'This is a great success for us,' commented Katarzyna Zawodna, president at Skanska Property Poland.

The operation will allow HP Global Business Center to merge its two previous office locations at Globis and at Grunwaldzki Center.

The tenant was assisted by CBRE.

Dominikanski is Skanska Property Poland’s fourth investment in Wroclaw. It provides a total of 40,000 m2 with 370 parking spaces and is currently 52% pre-let. It is planned for delivery in mid-2015.
