Swedish developer Skanska has sold two projects under construction in Copenhagen for DK550 mln (€74 mln).

Swedish developer Skanska has sold two projects under construction in Copenhagen for DK550 mln (€74 mln).

One development of two connected office buildings with a total area of 19,100 m2 in Gladsaxe, on the outskirts of the Danish capital, is due to be completed in October. The buildings are fully leased to Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S.

The other project, Plaza II and III in the harbour location of Havneholmen, has a total office area of 10,700 m2 and will be completed in April 2016. The two buildings are fully leased to Pandora.

Both sites were acquired by the Danish pension fund PFA Pension.
