The property - housing the district court - offers 9,100 of space fully leased under a 20-year rental agreement in Sollentuna.
This is the second asset sold by Skanska to the pension fund consortium. In November 2009, the company divested a detention centre in Sollentuna and a police building in Toftanäs outside Malmö in one of the largest property transactions in Sweden. Skanska's investment in the two properties amounted to SEK 1.25 bn (EUR 122 mln).
