Skanska has sold an office building under construction in Poznan, Poland, for €36 mln.
The buyer is French investor Corum Asset Manager.
The asset is part of the Nowy Rynek office complex and is named Building A. It comprises 11,100 m2 with 120 parking spaces and 1,288 m2 of retail space and is fully leased to a Polish market-leading convenience retailer.
The property is slated to achieve a LEED Platinum certification and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
PropertyEU research has revealed Skanska is the leading developer of office space on the continent this year, for the second year in a row. The company has built office space exclusively in Central and Eastern Europe.
