Swedish property and construction company Skanska has announced the sale of its Parallell office building in Oslo, Norway, to Malling Core Plus 2023 for approximately SEK 630 mln (€54 mln).
The transaction is slated for completion in August 2024.
Completed in 2020, Parallell is a 19,000 m2, 65% leased office building. Tenants include Bravida, Norsk Gjenvinning, and SAJA Flex.
Parallell was developed and built by Skanska for SEK 580 mln (€50 mln) and was completed in 2020. The property is targeting BREEAM-NOR Excellent and WELL Core Gold certifications.
The project is located in Lören, Oslo's largest development area, less than three kilometers from the city center, where new housing, offices, green areas and commercial areas are being developed. The area is close to Ring 3 and is easily accessible by public transport, on foot and by bicycle.
